Refund policy

We want you to love your NEX piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nex.boutique within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We make each piece with care. We hope you’ll keep it — but we understand if it’s not quite right.
