2.  Made to Order
   All NEX pieces are made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed and payment is received. Estimated production time is 7–14 business days, excluding delivery.
3. Pricing
   All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. NEX reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment
   Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery
   Delivery times vary depending on your location. NEX is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns
   Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
7. Product Description
   We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Fabric composition is clearly indicated on each product page and on the garment label.
8. Intellectual Property
   All content on the NEX website — including images, text, and designs — is the exclusive property of NEX and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
