Terms of sale

  1. Scope
    These General Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the NEX website by any customer. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms in full.
  2. Products
    All NEX pieces are made to order. Each garment is crafted individually upon receipt of payment. Product descriptions, fabric compositions, and sizing information are available on each product page.
  3. Pricing
    All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes. NEX reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
  4. Order Process
    An order is considered confirmed once full payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at checkout. NEX reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
  5. Payment
    Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: [Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.]. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
  6. Production & Delivery
    As all pieces are made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for production prior to shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
  7. Right of Withdrawal
    In accordance with French consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@nex.boutique. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
  8. Defective or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@nex.boutique with your order number and photos. We will assess each case and provide an appropriate solution.
  9. Liability
    NEX cannot be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
  10. Applicable Law
    These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
