Processing Time
All NEX pieces are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- France ⏤ 2-4 business days
- Europe ⏤ 3-7 business days
- International ⏤ 7-14 business days
Please note that these are estimates only. NEX cannot guarantee delivery dates once the order has been handed to the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. NEX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@nex.boutique within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to assist you.
